Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our operations team in managing the smooth execution of billboard installations, removals, and maintenance activities. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating scheduling, managing daily scheduling of digital billboard content, and collecting and organizing Proof of Performance (POP) reports. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate scheduling for billboard installations, removals, and maintenance activities. - Manage daily scheduling of dynamic and static digital billboard content. - Collect and organize Proof of Performance (POP) reports for both internal and client use. - Create and maintain detailed specification documents for billboard locations. - Organize, file, and manage operational documents and project paperwork. - Track inventory of materials such as vinyls and hardware, coordinating restocks when necessary. - Communicate clearly and efficiently with internal teams and external partners. - Maintain project timelines and support in resolving operational challenges as they arise. - Update project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and assist in preparing reports. Requirements: - Recent graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of relevant work experience. - Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field. - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust quickly to shifting priorities. - Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management platforms like Monday.com. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Self-starter who is proactive, responsible, and eager to learn. - Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
