Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Subrogation Manager to lead our subrogation department, managing lien and claim recoveries in personal injury cases. This role involves overseeing complex cases with Medicare, Medi-Cal, VA, and private insurance billing, ensuring compliance and maximizing recoveries. Key Responsibilities: Subrogation Operations Manage liens related to personal injury cases, from investigation to resolution Ensure timely and accurate claim recovery processes Validate medical bills and liens for compliance with relevant regulations Team Leadership Supervise and mentor subrogation specialists Delegate tasks and monitor performance Conduct team meetings to review progress and implement best practices Negotiation and Resolution Negotiate with medical providers, agencies, and insurers to reduce liens Ensure fair and ethical resolutions Support escalated cases with expertise Compliance and Reporting Maintain compliance with laws and guidelines, including MSP Keep accurate documentation and generate reports on activities and performance Process Improvement Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements Develop policies to enhance accuracy and productivity Qualifications: At least 5 years in subrogation, lien resolution, or personal injury case management Minimum 2 years in supervisory roles Deep knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, VA, and private insurance billing and subrogation Skills: Strong negotiation and analytical skills Leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish Proficiency in legal and medical billing software Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Law, or related field (preferred) Certification in subrogation is a plus Key Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills Motivational leader and team player Committed to ethical practices and compliance Why Join CoreBridge Solutions?
