We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth and success by providing strategic financial insights and recommendations. Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will be responsible for managing and executing the corporate reporting and planning requirements, as well as providing financial analytics and business insights to support Mastercard's strategic plans. Your Responsibilities: - Support the financial close process through variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, prior year actuals, and business initiatives - Assist in developing the annual plan/budget and forecast, ensuring accurate data uploads into Hyperion - Manage and update standardized financial reports, including KPIs, and communicate revenue risks and opportunities - Provide financial analytics and business insights to support Mastercard's strategic plans - Apply understanding of business dynamics and market forces to support strategic decision-making - Improve financial processes by building tools for analysis and modeling, and suggest system enhancements Requirements: - Postgraduate qualification in Finance, CPA, or MBA Finance - Experience in financial planning and management with strong technical knowledge - Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools and financial systems like Hyperion and Oracle - Knowledge of reporting, forecasting, and budgeting techniques - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple activities - Fluent in English with strong strategic and business acumen Benefits: - Ambitious and motivated team member - Opportunity to work with a leading global technology company - Competitive salary and benefits package - Ongoing training and development opportunities
