Your Mission The role of the Commissions Analyst is to generate, analyze, and ensure successful payment of internal and external commissions on Nuvei products/services. In an ever-changing payment landscape, there is always the opportunity to develop new processes as we expand our service offerings. You will get to interact with our teams around the world as you offer expert consultation and synthesized reporting. This position reports to the Commissions Manager, joining our best-in-class Financial Planning and Analysis team. The commissions analyst must have a fine eye for the details. Any errors and discrepancies need to be addressed quickly to ensure a seamless experience for our client base. In this role, deadlines are critical, and time management is a must. The candidate will utilize the commissions database/other internal systems to generate trusted compensation. Part of your role will also include preparation of financial reporting inputs while having the opportunity to serve our clients with any periodic requests. Responsibilities Generate internal/external commission reports on a monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc basis Identify financial risks/impacts to Nuvei and our external partners Reconcile and investigate discrepancies in reporting Generate payment files to be processed by Accounts Payable Ownership of the commissions database Analyze financial data for trends/discrepancies Maintain controls to ensure accuracy of the reporting Introduce new products into existing processes Requirements Preferably with a bachelor's degree or 3 years Payment Industry experience 1-2 years' experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or other related field (may include relevant coursework) Ability to synthesize and analyze financial data Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge Appetite to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of SQL Deadline focus and exceptional time management Remarkable verbal and written communication skills in English Benefits Nuvei offers a wide variety of benefits which include: Medical insurance Paid Vacation Time, Paid Sick Time.
