We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated **Senior React Typescript Developer**. **Your Duties as a Lean Tech Warrior**: - Enhance existing and build new features to support our product vision. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver value to users. - Iterate quickly by delivering small increments that enable fast feedback and learning - Help establish and promote best practices for front-end development. - Mentor and coach more junior developers. - Participate in department-wide ideation and significant initiatives **Why We’ll Love You**: - 5+ years of experience as a frontend software engineer with React - Should have extensive experience building, maintaining, and scaling a React app in production with a primary focus on architecting a front-end app. - Good English level is a must (B2/B2+) - Comfortable working in the backend or willing to learn, as needed. - Should ideally have the potential to develop into a Lead role. - Experience working in high-growth startups. - Experience building and integrating with secure REST or GraphQL APIs. - Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases is highly desirable. - Background in factoring, SaaS, fintech, etc. is a plus. - Experience with backend languages such as Elixir or Python is a plus. - Soft skills: Tenacity, Excellent communication skills, Passionate about delivering elegant, well-tested solutions that delights customer, Believes that automation is a critical part of a successful engineering organization. - We are more than a company; we are warriors working daily to change the world through technology_
