Medellín, Colombia | Monday to Friday | Advanced English Required Dispatcher – Transportation Operations (DOT Compliance Focus) We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Dispatcher to support our transportation and driver operations based in California. This role plays a key part in ensuring drivers are efficiently dispatched while maintaining strict adherence to DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance requirements . You’ll manage scheduling, track key documents, and support the team in meeting U.S. regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily schedules and dispatch routes for commercial drivers Maintain and update driver files, including medical certificates, applications, TWIC cards, and background checks Track and monitor expiration dates for critical documents, following up promptly on missing or outdated items Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and compliance teams to ensure timely updates and smooth operations Support audit preparation by organizing documentation and generating compliance reports Requirements Advanced English (spoken and written) – daily communication with US-based teams and drivers Experience in administrative, HR, dispatch, or compliance roles Strong attention to detail , organizational, and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Nice to have: Knowledge of DOT regulations or previous experience in U.S. transportation compliance Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Management and Manufacturing Industries Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
