Job Description The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for various aspects of account management while providing timely and accurate information and support to the Colombia Ad Sales team as well as external clients. - Provide support during pre-sales and post sales process - Create and maintain all sales orders in all tracking systems – Mydas, Excel - Assist in the coordination of reception and follow up of materials - Maintain all client information in company systems up to date - Create and submit Digital Insertion Orders to corresponding departments to ensure requests are aired as agreed - Run transmission reports to ensure sales fulfillment, communicate with clients accordingly - Ensure that contracts with clients are followed through - Establish strong relationships and act as a liaison with agency counterparts - Run reports as requested - Identification and resolution of invoice discrepancies and revenue reporting - Develop a strong working relationship with Operations guaranteeing a timely and precise order process - General administrative duties and functions including but not limited to answering phones, sending out sales materials on a regular basis and the compilation and dissemination of various reports to appropriate parties Qualifications - Detail Oriented - Focused and responsible - Understand processes & have a background in them.
