Join us and make impact happen with a career at TikTok. **About the role**: (Third-Party Contractor) - Responsible for delivering successful campaigns and always-on video initiatives. - Develop creative ideas and lines for campaigns and audiovisual projects that align with the company's marketing strategy and resonate with the target audience in the region. - Responsible for conceptualizing campaigns and audiovisual projects that reflect the company's brand identity and effectively communicate the desired message. - Provide creative support to our Brand Studio team to ensure that all marketing materials are clear, concise, and engaging from a video and motion perspective. - Optimize messaging to maintain TikTok's internal image and reputation in the region, ensuring that all content meets the company's standards and guidelines. - Work to strengthen connections within the region by collaborating with local stakeholders and ensuring that all campaigns are culturally relevant and appropriate. - Generate and creatively approve sizzles and audiovisual materials that align with the campaign concept and effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience **Qualifications**: - Minimum 5 years of experience in video production, including roles such as video producer and production director, with demonstrated ability to coordinate teams effectively. - Proven ability to develop and execute engaging campaigns and video initiatives, aligned with company strategy. - Strong creative skills for conceptualizing brand-aligned campaigns and audiovisual projects. - Ability to communicate in English at business-level Nice-to-have's - Ability to communicate in Spanish - Ability to edit videos and animation - Writing and editing skill TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
