Job Description Design, implement, and ensure the quality and availability of the IT infrastructure that efficiently supports the company's essential processes and services for both commercial and corporate operations. Plan and lead the evolution of the IT infrastructure area aligned with the transformation strategy defined by the IT management, ensuring cost-effective management of Capex and Opex budgets. Strategic IT Planning: Develop and implement technological infrastructure strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Budget Management: Efficiently manage Capex and Opex budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of financial resources for infrastructure projects. Infrastructure Supervision: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and networks to guarantee performance and availability. Information Security: Implement and manage cybersecurity policies to protect organizational data and assets. Technology Project Management: Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Staff Administration: Lead and coordinate the infrastructure team, fostering professional development and high performance. Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hardware, software, and service providers, negotiating favorable agreements and monitoring compliance. Systems Monitoring and Maintenance: Ensure continuous monitoring and preventive maintenance of IT infrastructure for operational efficiency. Business Continuity Planning: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize operational disruptions. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure IT infrastructure complies with applicable legal standards and industry regulations. Technological Innovation: Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. Process Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure and IT procedures to ensure continuity and facilitate future updates. Incident Management: Respond effectively to incidents and technical problems, coordinating quick solutions to minimize operational impact. Critical Thinking: Evaluate options and make informed decisions. Problem Solving: Analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions. Experience required: 6 to 8 years in operation and architecture design of IT platforms and infrastructure solution implementation. Educational background: Degree in systems engineering/computer science, informatics, electronics, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in: Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, or Information Security. Desirable knowledge: Enterprise Architecture, Networks, Virtualization and Containers, Cloud Computing, Databases, Cybersecurity, Automation.
