Your role is pivotal in enhancing business performance by managing key operational tasks, delivering precise reporting, and driving client and partner success. What You'll Do Workflow Analysis & Documentation Shadow stakeholders to map current processes; identify bottlenecks and manual hand-offs Produce clear, actionable SOPs with process diagrams and step-by-step guides Automation Implementation Architect and deploy automated data flows and task triggers using Zapier, Make, or native integrations Integrate core systems (Mixpanel, Mailgun, HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks Online) for seamless data exchange Advanced Reporting Design dynamic dashboards and automated newsletters; set up alerts for key performance indicators Use SQL and spreadsheet formulas to generate real-time insights for leadership and clients AI Enablement Incorporate AI tools (e.g., GPT-based assistants) to automate report drafting, error detection, and trend analysis Educate teams on leveraging AI for routine tasks, boosting productivity and accuracy Operational Support & Training Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in our tech stack Provide ongoing support and process training; resolve technical issues swiftly What You Bring 3+ years automating business processes or building operational pipelines Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Engineering, or Project Management Expertise in Advanced AI technologies Experience with: Google Sheets or MS Excel SQL Automation platforms (Zapier, Make) A sharp understanding of talent acquisition processes Strong attention to detail & organizational skills Fluent English for written and verbal communication Additional Qualifications Scrum certification Experience with: HubSpot MailerLite QuickBooks Experience with data-visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) Familiarity with RPA solutions (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) Basic scripting skills (Python, JavaScript) #J-18808-Ljbffr
