I’m helping Mini Office find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Remote Partner Development Manager . “Generate leads and build partnerships, promoting innovative workspaces to enhance productivity and well-being.” Compensation: USD 2K - 3.5K/month. + Commissions (USD 5K /month). Location: Remote (anywhere). Mission of Mini Office: At Mini-O, we create innovative, private workspaces to enhance productivity and well-being, combining 20+ years of experience in building tiny homes with a passion for the #WFH lifestyle. What makes you a strong candidate: You are proficient in cold calling, lead generation and sales. English - Fully fluent. Responsibilities: Proactively search for leads. Outbound efforts: you’ll be solely responsible for acquiring new leads. This may involve cold calling, participating in online forums, Facebook groups, industry online events, and any other methods you can come up with. We cannot stress enough how important this is: you will be generating new leads. Develop the following partner categories: Resellers: Companies or individuals who resell our products. They find and close their own leads. Dealers: A specialized category of resellers focused on RV dealers. They also find and close their own leads but receive special treatment. Referrers: Individuals who have already purchased our product and want to recommend it to their networks. They bring leads, and we close the sales. Affiliates: Influencers who promote our product on social media and earn a commission for each closed sale. Hosts: Customers who have already purchased our product and are willing to receive leads at their homes to show the product and share their experience. If the sale is closed, they earn a commission. Who We Are Looking For: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Enjoy picking up the phone and making calls. Ability to sell a company and an idea effectively. Positive mindset—we want people who find solutions, not problems. Highly receptive to feedback—being open and coachable is essential when dealing with customers and resellers. No specific prior experience required, but we will test your skills in real-world scenarios during the interview process. Self-managed. You will be the sole member of the Partnerships team for now. Results-driven—able to set KPIs and report progress to management. Goals: First 30 days: Be in conversation with at least 10 potential partners. This means they are analyzing the proposal and are engaged in the process. Post our proposal with a tailored message in at least 30 online platforms such as forums, groups, etc. Contact our entire database of past customers to offer them the opportunity to become a host. By day 60: Close at least 2 partners in each category. Hosts: have 10 new hosts. By day 90: Close at least 5 partners in each category. Partners should generate a minimum of 5 pods/month (total). Hosts: have 15 hosts. By day 180: Close at least 15 partners in each category. Partners should generate a minimum of 15 pods/month (total). Hosts: have 50 hosts.
