Technical Sales Specialist We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Specialist. As a key member of the operations, you will utilize your expertise in specific aspects of our technology and services portfolio to educate customers on the features, advantages, and benefits of our solution offerings. Key responsibilities include: - Utilizing expertise in specific aspects of our PSLs' technology and services portfolio to educate Customers, Operations, and Business Development on features, advantages, and benefits of the PSL solution offerings. - Executing delivery execution, pursuing excellence in daily activities, identifying customer technical needs, and aiding business development in customer interaction and workshops. - Providing technical recommendations for proposal preparation regarding solution upsell and assisting in diagnosing and communicating delivery issues. - Helping establish strategic direction by understanding local customer business drivers and technical challenges and identifying up-sell strategies within the geographic area. - Maintaining awareness of the external market and collaborating with teams to identify growth opportunities and technology gaps. - Contributing to PSL technology project priorities based on market and customer needs.
