In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, initiating contact, and scheduling qualified sales appointments. This position plays a key role in driving the agency’s growth and ensuring a steady flow of client engagements. Key Responsibilities - Reach out to leads via phone, email, or other channels to book qualified appointments - Communicate value propositions clearly and effectively - Maintain accurate records of outreach and scheduling - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff - Meet weekly and monthly targets for appointments set Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience is a plus) - Native or near-native English proficiency - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven sales skills and confidence in lead engagement - Organized, proactive, and self-motivated - 2 years of CRM experience (experience with Go High Level is a plus) Compensation & Structure - Competitive USD salary + attractive commissions (OTE $2,000 - $3,000) - Flexible structure with potential for performance-based commission.
