Performs patching activities where automated. - Responds to service outages and other problems/issues. Creates, updates and provides inputs to standard operating procedures for day today activities. - Understands Customer Situations and Customer SLRs (Service Level Requirements) and acts accordingly to meet them. - Provides alerts and situation status information to both client and Unisys management. - Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures. - Participates in project activities and provide on call support if required. LI-AS2 **You will be successful in this role if you have**: Hard Skills: - Minimum of five years of experience working with IT systems and vendors. - Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs) and ability to collaborate with vendors to achieve them. - **Formation in analysis and systems development.** - **Experience with any operating system server and basic Windows services.** Soft Skills: - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with vendors and internal stakeholders. - Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate documentation and tracking of vendor-related activities. - Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple vendors simultaneously. - Proactive and adaptable approach to handle changing priorities and vendor management challenges. - Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
