Job Description This is a remote position. 3 different schedules: 6 am-3 pm MST Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm MST Monday-Friday 10 am-7 pm MST Monday-Friday All agents on the project have two paid 15-minute breaks and a 1-hour unpaid lunch. Who we are: We are the customer service team for Zumba. The fitness, health and clothing brand. What we do: We take and make inbound/outbound calls, emails and live chats. We help members with their membership and try to retain members that want to cancel their membership. We help customers with their orders (status, tracking, coupon codes), as well as general assistance regarding anything and everything Zumba! Skills required: Good soft skills, we do attempt to save any members that want to cancel their monthly membership so previous sales experience would be a plus. Upbeat and happy attitude, this can be a fast-paced work environment, so we prefer a team player! Equipment requirements: We use multiple client-based programs as well as a VDI so strong internet and a fast computer are required; 2 monitors is recommended for this project.
