NCHC is recruiting for a GS Business Product Owner, and Sr. Manager with their Global Services organization. Global Services is the global shared services organization supporting multifunctional services delivery. They perform select functional work in a consistent manner across regions using simplified, standardized end-to-end processes and state-of-the-art technology. They are trusted business partners who deliver increasing value by creating and sustaining globally standard world-class services. - Partner cross-functionally to develop and execute a cross-functional systems strategy and case management functionality for NCHC GS; this includes quality and optimization of the systems currently in use in NCHC or potential systems development for optimization of work in NCHC - Partner with multiple groups within NCHC IT to deliver optimized technology capabilities - Operate as a member of the Operations and Strategy leadership team, representing the technology users’ point of view. - Partner closely with the Global Services delivery teams to ensure that the technologies are meeting customer needs. Provide input and obtain feedback from Global Services delivery teams on technology needs and services. Develop and deliver a plan for robust end-to-end integrated testing management. - Partner to develop and implement documentation required to ensure effective ongoing operation and compliance, ensuring the product meets company standards for security, compliance, and data privacy. - Responsible for the financial planning (including resource needs) for the product in support of running state and project initiatives. - Research and recommend innovative solutions, changes, or additions to the platform in remit. Key Working Relationships - Partner cross-functionally with HR, Procurement, and Finance to enable services that deliver value-added services to our customers with the highest level of quality that meets or exceed customer needs - Build strategic relationships with the IT organization and across NCHC to take advantage of existing systems and technology and/or with external suppliers for cutting-edge technology options **Qualifications** Position Requirements**: - A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, IT, or Supply Chain - Must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience in Global Services or Shared services environment in global functions (Finance, Procurement, HR), IT, or supply chain, or in a service management capacity - A Minimum of 3 years people management/supervisory experience is required - Experience creating benchmarking, service management, and KPI standards to measure progress is required - The ability to influence in an indirect, matrix-based, and virtual environment, champion new ideas, concepts, and technologies and obtain buy-in from executive leadership is required - Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying a technology roadmap in contact center, telephony, or related technology - Experience leading matrixed cross-functional project teams - Experience leading and implementing technology standardization and researching new innovative solutions that support ongoing business needs - Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and drive outcomes with various levels of organizational leadership - Project management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic and virtual environment **Preferred Competencies**: - Detailed understanding of key systems impacting cross-functional processes - An MBA or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, F
