Our international and multicultural People Operations team is a champion of Infobip culture and our goal is to attract, recruit and develop the very best talents in their field and ensure they’re highly engaged, satisfied and constantly challenged. **Job Description**: Operator Partnerships Executive is an **individual contributor HQ or regional role** with direct reporting line towards Head of Operator Partnerships Region depending to which part of the organization is he/she contributing to. The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the achievement of functional goal represented in company's revenue increase through monetization of telecom products and connectivity optimization (DCs with the MNOs) on designated territory usually a part or segment of a larger region (LATAM). To achieve this OP Executive cooperates with multiple departments (product development, legal, business growth) in the organization coordinating our resources in order to implement defined sales strategies towards MNOs and reach quarterly defined Business Plan. OP Executives are fully independent in their work and able to deliver on individual goals as well as contribute to the overall team goals. They have the proficiency, specific knowledge and skill set in multiple areas that combined together bring them to improved business results. All OP team members have the responsibility on following telco trends and collecting product feedback from the market. Through these activities discovery of new products will happen and gathering requirements from the market for internal stakeholders will drive desired outcome and create business value for the organization. **Please note that the position could be located in Bogota, Colombia** Your Main responsabilites would be: - Establish a relationship with mobile networks for Latin & Central America, to create the processes & flows, procure the customized telecom products & partnership models applicable for domestic markets across South and Central America - Monetization of IB products (number of new opportunities opened, percentage of completed project phases) - Efficient management of cooperation with strategic partners (delivery on arranged milestones through the contract with the consultant/strategic partner) - Continuous improvement of relationship with MNOs - Procurement of new connectivity - Providing professional support to enhance operators's dedication - Negotiating new agreements that will turn into long-lasting relationships with operators - Expand the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their requirements and goals - Producing a go-to-market strategy for the supply & sales activities of Latin & Central American operators **Qualifications**: Minimum qualifications: - A bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronic or Systems Engineering. - Experience managing interconnects, roaming agreements, A2P & voice services with wireless carriers globally with service level metrics. - Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel - High level of written and oral communication skills - You are passionate about technology and systems - You describe yourself as a detail-oriented person - You are not afraid to dig deeper and use your analytic approach to solve any logistic issues that may occur - You speak fluently with colleagues, clients and partners alike in English. - You have experience analyzing and interpreting data - Resourcefulness - Problem solving - Efficient communication - Prioritization skills Additional Information** Why our employees choose us (and stay)?** - Learn as you grow - Starting from an onboarding program, to internal education, education resources, e-learning to external educations, we invest heavily in employee learning and development. - Opportunity Knocks.
