Supported by a team of dedicated professionals, we are committed to delivering unparalleled quality in every product we manufacture. **Responsibilities**: - Evaluate emerging market trends, business prospects, and market segments on both a global and local scale. - Assess past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI. - Analyze service quality and customer satisfaction. - Assess potential partnership prospects. - Establish and update policies and procedures for order fulfillment. - Design business questions to be used for data mining and analysis. - Develop a service recovery framework. - Develop and execute a roadmap for enhancing the functionality of the online store. - Establish and enhance service operations. - Cultivate, oversee, and evaluate the performance of relationships with technology vendors. - Boost performance in e-commerce sales. - Encourage service innovation. - Generate ideas and strategies informed by data-driven insights and recommendations. - Execute strategic and tactical e-commerce programs. - Oversee and review operations and processes in e-commerce. - Manage customer retention and loyalty programs. - Manage sales, promotions, marketing, and social media campaigns and programs across digital platforms. - Oversee the procurement and implementation of new technologies. - Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance. - Monitor and assess data mining and analytics tools. **Skills, Knowledge and Experience**: - Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role - Bachelors’ degree in Digital Marketing or related field. - Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels. - Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies. - Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis. - Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization. - Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools. **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Part-time
