**Careers that Change Lives** **A Day in the Life **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. - Develops & executes RDN 5 years strat plan, annual marketing plan & Innovation pipeline. - Supports external & internal Training & Education (T&E;) initiatives such as medical live congresses, referral meetings and Online webinars/certifications. - Leads the Market Access development plan while developing therapy training centers (Brazil & Colombia) - Supports product supply planning, market research and website development initiatives. - Leads RDN pricing strategy, HCPs segmentation, and product lifecycle management initiatives. - Works individually or with subregions (Canada, NOLA, Brazil, CELA & SOLA) in recommending actions, scheduling, and planning projects, estimating costs, and managing projects to completion. - Facilitates & coordinates Marketing activities with subregions to increase teamwork and build partnerships while identifying unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities to move products from idea to marketplace. **Must Have: Minimum Requirements** - Professional in Administrative areas or Medical formation (HCP such as a nurse or technician) is a nice to have. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing positions (ideally within the Medical Devices Industry) - Possesses financial acumen (understands financial statements such as P&Ls;) - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Fluent in Spanish & English (both spoken and written) since this position with be working closely with Canada and Latam Countries. **Nice to Have** - Portuguese would be a nice to have **About Medtronic** Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
