Executive Assistant & Sales Associate We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive Executive Assistant & Sales Associate to support a fast-paced, high-functioning executive. This role requires someone who is not only detail-oriented and highly organized but also eager to grow, improve, and contribute to business development efforts. **Responsibilities**: - Make travel and event reservations while keeping the executive informed and prepared. - Attend meetings (virtually) to take notes, digest key points, and organize them into actionable tasks. - Utilize AI or other tools to track tasks and create a structured to-do list. - Support business operations in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment. - Act as a sales associate by reaching out to potential leads, following up with past clients, and generating new business opportunities. - Regularly dive into existing databases to identify and connect with potential clients. - Stay highly engaged, proactive, and open to mentorship while continuously striving for improvement. - Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a CEO or COO. - A proactive, self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Very proficient in the English language - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Someone eager to learn, grow, and be mentored. - Sales or lead generation experience is a plus.
