Location: Hybrid (Remote + Fridays at Quinta Camacho, Bogotá) Type: Full-time | Indefinite Contract | Flexible Hours What You’ll Be Doing - Build backend features using C# , .NET Framework 4.8 , and .NET Core - Design and consume REST APIs - Migrate and clean up legacy code - Support integrations (Salesforce, SharePoint, Zapier, Power Automate) - Improve DevOps (Azure DevOps pipelines, boards, repos) - Write clean, testable code (Clean Architecture) - Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to solve user needs What We’re Looking For - 3–5 years working with C# and ASP.NET in production - Experience with .NET Framework 4.8 + .NET Core - Strong SQL basics (design, queries, performance) - Confident with Git and Azure DevOps - Comfortable using English (B1+) in meetings, chats, and documentation Nice to Have (Not Required, but Valued) - React / TypeScript - JetBrains Rider - AI tools (OpenAI, prompt engineering) - CI/CD or Infra-as-Code (Terraform, etc.) - Azure, AWS, or GCP - Agile team experience What You’ll Get - Hybrid setup (Remote + Fridays onsite) - Friday lunch and team events - Equipment provided (laptop, headset) - Flexible hours and a healthy 40-hour week - Indefinite Colombian contract with full local benefits - Private health insurance - Performance-based bonuses - Exposure to international projects - English growth through day-to-day use Ready to apply?
