Role Overview The Services Business and Market Insights team is seeking a Manager, Regional Product Manager for LAC, leading Custom Analytics and Business Experimentation. This role will drive product strategy, regional development, and market awareness across the LAC region. Key Responsibilities - Lead customized solutions in Analytics and Business Experimentation, ensuring regional alignment. - Manage P&Ls; to drive profitability and growth. - Oversee solution development to meet local market demands. - Test new concepts and optimize offerings based on market insights. - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for successful launches. - Collaborate with global teams to align on roadmaps and market needs. - Build regional partnerships to drive growth. - Lead diversification in topics, markets, and funding sources. - Create compelling product narratives and storytelling. - Increase product awareness through training, marketing, and collaborations. - Position Mastercard as an industry innovator in Analytics in LAC. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have: - Experience in Products, Analytics, or management consulting. - Understanding of P&L; management. - Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. - Strong storytelling and communication skills. - Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges. - Relationship-building capabilities. - Ownership, agility, and an entrepreneurial mindset. - Persistence and enthusiasm.
