**Location**: Fully Remote (LatAm) **Schedule**: US TIme zone (PST) **Salary**: 1800 - 2200 USD/month A dynamic and innovative real estate development firm focused on revitalizing urban spaces is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. **Responsibilities include**: - Weekly budget/schedule reporting for ongoing projects. - Checking on marketing campaign metrics, summarizing, and reporting these. - Managing the CEO’s inbox and scheduling meetings. - Reporting on weekly Asana status updates. - Cleaning and maintaining the organization of Google Drive. - General administrative assistance to the CEO, including scheduling personal appointments, grocery deliveries, etc. **Requirements**: **Primary Qualifications and Experience**: - Prior experience working as an executive assistant. - Experience in any sector of real estate, primarily to understand the lingo. - Strong English communication skills, with the ability to be the first point of contact for the CEO's inbox. - Proficiency in Google Suite, including Sheets and Docs. - Ability to quickly learn and navigate new (but simple) software, such as HubSpot and Asana. - Going into Excel, cleaning up, and migrating data into a Google Sheet, adding new functionality. - Setting up an integration in HubSpot. - Reading, compiling, and reporting on data from market reports.
