Our relentless pursuit of innovation drives us to push the boundaries of what's possible in healthcare. - Develop and execute strategic plans to drive portfolio growth, including forecasting and supply chain management for existing and pipeline brands. - Ensure seamless lifecycle management for oncology products, from launch to guarantee. - Drive market, customer, patient, and competitor insights to inform portfolio strategies and drive business decisions. - Collaborate with global and regional brand teams to develop and deliver regional initiatives and programs, ensuring optimal decision-making and effective support of the portfolio. - Provide local insights and brand feedback to internal stakeholders, driving informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities Critical Components: - Tailor and execute portfolio strategies to meet local market needs, defining local priorities for brands, including prelaunch plans for Oncology pipeline. - Forecast portfolio performance, track progress toward targets, and actively engage in revenue adjustments throughout the year during the LE process. - Develop and own local omnichannel strategies and overall objectives, collaborating with content and channel managers. - Select best-fitting modules from regional content, customize, manage approval, and roll out new promotional materials as needed. - Cross-functional brand leadership across Customer Facing Colleagues, GAV, Account Management, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Finance, Logistics, and more. - E nsure all brand plans and activities are in compliance with Pfizer SOPs, laws, and regulations. Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. - English fluency is essential for written and spoken communication. - Familiarity with the healthcare environment and background in Oncology markets/high-cost molecules experience is crucial for this role. - Strategic vision, analytical skills, and ability to execute accurately. - Strong relationship-building skills across departments and effective communication skills to influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders and management at all levels. - Exceptional prioritization abilities, working effectively under pressure in complex environments. - Excellent time management, organization, and self-motivation. - Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Essential marketing experience.
