Job Title Operations Team Lead Specialist Location Bogotá, Colombia Key Responsibilities - Manage team and member performance metrics. - Ensure adherence to processes and policies to meet goals. - Analyze data to alert management on developing fraud trends, product features and processes that lead to disputes and chargebacks. - Identify and recommend process improvements and product enhancements to increase productivity and chargeback win rates while maintaining quality standards. - Maintain adequate staffing levels to ensure timely chargeback processing. - Advise on staffing as necessary based on incoming chargeback volumes and complexity. - Coach and advise team members by providing guidance and training resources for career development.
