We value the uniqueness and diversity of our employees and recognize that nurturing the diverse perspectives and strengths of our people translates into innovative breakthroughs for patients **Senior Product Manager** **Location**: Colombia Global Level: **Position Summary** This position will guarantee the optimal local development and execution of the Marketing Plan for the assigned indications and products, balancing guidelines, tools, internal & external stakeholders’ accountabilities, and budget as well, according to the expected objectives expressed by the branding strategy. This position will manage relationship with logistic vendors to ensure compliance with current Service Level Agreements. **Job Duties & Responsibilities** - Supporting the Franchise Head to define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for, including the Business Plan. - Managing the approved promotional budget effectively. - Manage the communication campaign chain as a frequent process starting by the briefing, partners accountability, creation of materials and tools, planning the campaign, cascading the campaign to field force, control the contracts and budget, collect the results, analyses the data, and, as a cycle management, propose improvements in order to have a flawless process; - Responsible for the logistics process of the delivery of promotional material to the field force, including quality audit of the process. - In charge of proposing content MKT approaches for the creation of disease awareness aligned with international branding guidelines, local needs, and local regulatory requirements as well. - Contracts control and follow up - financial, agreements and compliance contents. - Creating and managing promotional and medical education initiatives for the new launches in the markets. - Participating in the definition of strategies and programs for continuing medical education (Congresses, Symposia, Sponsorships, etc.). - Conduct market research in order to propose different marketing initiatives. - Ensuring consistent implementation of the Company’s global brand strategy across the markets. - Participating in the development of product positioning and segmentation strategy that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company (including lifecycle management, business development etc.). - Briefing and training the sales force at business meetings with promotional materials and messages. - Working closely with the sales team to support them and to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. - Monthly reports to the field force in order to follow up mkt actions implementation and results - Organize, support and follow-up of the performance of periodic cross-functional meetings (Brand Teams, Commercial & Marketing Meetings, etc) - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal (i.e. medical affairs, sales force, training, regulatory affairs, legal, etc.) and external stakeholders (i.e. KOLs, Medical Societies, etc.). - Ensure annual training in the different topics that arise as a need and are in favor of the development of the process, such as PV, pathologies, etc. - Guarantee the availability of reports and analysis information that serves as input for the commercial area. - Go out on periodic Field trips with RAMs **Essential Qualifications** - Experience as a Product Manager at Specialties Areas (i.e. Rare Diseases, Nephrology, Genetists, Hematology, Endocrinology and others); (Not mandatory but desired) - Experience with Product Launch - Analytical mind and experience in market analysis - Good leadership and organizing skills - Keen eye for detail - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Creative thinking - Proactivity and ability to find clever ways to overcome difficulties - Advanced Excel **Education** - Marketing or Business Graduation and/or Healthcare disciplines graduation - Marketing Pos degree - Fluency in English
