The Media Team:Genius Sports's iGaming media division specialises in connectingadvertisers with premium inventory and relevant audiences, drivingexceptional returns on media investments. We are now focused onexpanding our sales efforts in Spanish speaking LATAM countries,targeting online sportsbooks and casinos seeking a powerful way toengage customers through our omnichannel media activation platform,Fanhub. Position Overview: As the Head of Sales for Betting andGaming – LATAM (ex Brazil), you will be responsible for thestrategic selling of the Genius Sport’s full suite of digitalmarketing services, both fully managed and Self Service directly tothe IGaming industry. To succeed in this new business role, youmust have established relationships with senior media stakeholderswithin IGaming brands and/or their agencies, as you will beresponsible for managing the entire sales cycle of Genius Mediaservices in Spanish speaking LATAM countries. This role willinitially begin as an individual contributor sales role with a viewto growing a team, Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivatenew revenue streams by engaging directly within the IGamingindustry in LATAM (ex Brazil). - Demonstrate expertise in Genius’sDigital Marketing services capabilities, including key marketdifferentiators. - Secure new leads for our Fanhub media division. - Schedule and conduct meetings with key decision-makers at tier 1and 2 operators. - Demonstrate the value of the Fanhub media buyingplatform through detailed product presentations and demonstrations. - Implement a strategic plan to achieve revenue objectives. -Effectively manage your pipeline of opportunities within Salesforceand provide regular progress reports to the leadership team. - Stayinformed of industry trends, competitive developments, and emergingtechnologies in sports advertising to inform strategicdecision-making and sustain our competitive advantage. - Attendindustry conferences to actively pursue new business opportunitiesand establish relationships with potential partners. - Workcollaboratively with cross-functional teams at Genius Sports,including product, marketing, and operations, to optimize revenuestreams, refine product offerings, and introduce innovativesolutions that address the evolving needs of advertisers. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in advertising sales witha track record in securing new business deals for Digital marketingservices. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, andpresentation skills, with the ability to articulate complexconcepts and build rapport with clients at all levels. - Strategicthinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute salesstrategies, identify market opportunities, and drive businessgrowth. - Proficiency in sales CRM systems, ad tech, and analyticstools. - Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for innovation,continuous learning, and driving change in the IGaming industry. -Fluent in Spanish and English. - Proven success in selling DemandSide Platforms (DSPs) is preferred.
