Call Center experience - 6 Months desirable but not required. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Manage Operation´s inventory - Create and keep updated the parameters in our integrated System Management - Manage reports related to the operation. - Investigate the possible causes of the same and provide solutions within the scope specified for the position. - Escalate cases as needed according to defined procedures. - Maintain up-to-date case tracking and reporting systems. - Maintain close communication with superiors and peers on progress and issues encountered. - Actively participate in meetings to which he/she is invited. **Salary**: 2 M negotiable based on experience/ profile.
