Role Summary & Impact: The Digital IO Manager has a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of direct insertion order (IO) media campaigns for clients. This role involves leading the offshore relationship with the onshore investment team counterparts and ensuring direct IO campaigns are executed effectively, meet client objectives, and deliver exceptional results. The Digital IO Manager will manage strategic insights, trends, benchmarks, and provide oversight for junior staff. As well as manage spending across vendors while monitoring client budgets and adherence to KPIs. The role requires analytical, resourceful problem-solving skills, and ability to motivate others to develop and maintain strong relationships and manage junior staff members. Key Responsibilities Campaign Oversight: Oversee the setup, execution, and optimization of direct IO media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., display, video, native). Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations. Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for onshore and offshore teams. Build and maintain strong relationships, meet deadlines, provide strategic guidance, address complex inquiries, and manage expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle. Campaign Execution and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance against key KPIs. Implement optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive results. Oversee management of commercial inventory allocation and maintenance process, including monitoring audience delivery, and negotiating makegoods. Support junior staff in execution of campaigns including utilizing the correct tags, naming conventions, budgets, etc. and ensure media partners do the same. Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spending. Monitor financial performance and address any budget variances or discrepancies. Reporting and Analysis: Manage campaign reporting that provides actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on performance data. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior staff. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development within the team. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline campaign management and enhance operational efficiency. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: 3+ years of experience implementing campaigns in DV360 or Campaign Manager and knowledge of Prisma, plus 1 year of experience in team management.
