Descripción - Facilitates tax planning and administration projects, coordinating efforts among stakeholders and assuming the role of project manager. - Collaborates closely with the planning and accounting teams to ensure precise end-to-end tax reporting for M&A, US international planning, and other specialized projects and transactions. - Supports improvements in income tax processes and work-flow effectiveness, overseeing such initiatives as a project manager. Perfil buscado (h/m) You will be considered for this position if: You possess an advanced proficiency in English at the B2+ level. You have experience in global Merger and Acquisition projects. You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Taxes. Possessing Undergraduate degree in accounting, business, or organizational studies is preferred.
