As an Operations Analyst , you will have the opportunity to be part of our Kiwibot U Program , a 3 to 6-month initiative designed to teach young Colombian talent how to successfully implement last mile delivery solutions and provide your first work experience in a tech startup environment. Location: Medellin, Colombia, United States, Middle East, or Asia. *The location's assignments are tied to the needs of the company and might change during the course of the program. The program offers a theoretical-practical (20/80) experience to help you understand the key traits needed to thrive in a fast-paced startup like Kiwibot. It is structured as follows: Introduction to Kiwibot and training (1-3 weeks) *On-field intensive training (15-20 weeks) *Internal support (5-8 weeks) Experience debriefing (1-2 weeks) Time off (according to Colombian labor law) *The exact duration of each phase may vary during the program. *The on-field training and support timelines may change based on business needs. As an Operations Analyst, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Logistic Responsibilities Support logistics requests for facilities and transportation at the operational site. Manage shipping of spare parts, robots, marketing merchandise, and other assets. Properly manage company assets like houses, offices, and vehicles. Operational Responsibilities Serve as the on-site contact for stakeholders. Optimize fleet deployment and retrieval. Ensure restaurant systems support delivery operations. Achieve operational KPIs and OKRs, including manual robot loading and delivery. Marketing & Growth Responsibilities Participate in campus engagement and customer interactions. Create audiovisual content as needed. Conduct market research and surveys. Maintenance Responsibilities Perform basic maintenance procedures. Communicate fleet status with your supervisor. Support software updates for robots. Coexistence Responsibilities Follow company policies and regulations. Adhere to coexistence policies. Manage assets and supplies responsibly.
