The ideal candidate must have at least a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field, at least 10 years of industry-related experience, and intermediate or higher training and certification in Agile or other appropriate work management methodologies. The Chief Scrum Master will organize, plan, and lead work management functions for our product teams. Duties include, but are not limited to, identifying and recommending work tasks/projects that are appropriate for work management tracking and analysis, coordinating among teams, recommending suitable work metrics, leading the collection and analysis of work task data, and reporting to the Government as required.
