Experience : 7-10 years Panagora Group provides monitoring and evaluation services in the international development industry and currently implements the USAID/Colombia Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) activity. The MEL activity provides technical and advisory services to USAID in the following components: (1) Monitoring; (2) Performance and Impact Assessments; (3) Research, Assessments, and Data Analysis; (4) Geographic Information Services (GIS) and (5) Collaboration, Learning, and Adaptation tasks (CLA). In the development of a consulting project to accompany the management of USAID Colombia's regional integration approach, CLA components play a key role in two ways: 1) to design, facilitation and documentation of multiple workshops and presentations for the identification and validation of Regional Coordination Opportunities and regional Theory of Change in the five prioritized regions (Pacífico y Frontera Nariñense, Bajo Cauca y Nordeste Antioqueño, Catatumbo, Bogotá and Caquetá - Guaviare), and 2) to promote Collaboration, Learning and Adapting (CLA) across the MEL activity accompaniment to USAID/Colombia Regional Integration Strategy. Based on the above, the CLA component seeks an expert consultant in facilitation, who will lead the design, facilitation and documentation of workshops for Regional Integration Strategy (RIS) and, additionally, develops a plan to mainstream CLA in the accompaniment carried out by the MEL Activity to RIS. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Design, facilitate and document RIS workshops and presentations. - Design and implement a CLA approach across the MEL activity to support USAID/Colombia RIS - Participate in the meetings held with USAID/Colombia and the MEL Activity technical team. - Support the presentation session and validation of the theory of change of the region of interest.
