Proud to be an equal opportunity employer. **Role & Responsibilities**: Your primary responsibility will be to business partner to drive financial analysis and decision-making to achieve strategic goals and to provide financial expertise across the different GS organizations: - Provide financial support for the GS Strategic Solutions and Commercial Services (GS SCS) team including planning, forecasting, and actuals tracking for the org and their Project Portfolio, Technology spend, and scope expansion opportunities. - Financial support to the AskGS Experience Center global locations and collaboration with broader FP&A; team - Costs and Headcount variance analysis as well as latest thinking forecast updates. - Managing all intercompany transactions for GS SCS scope expansion opportunities and other projects including any budget/headcount transfers and coordination with global teams. - Collaborate with business partners on major forecast updates (Business Plan, June Update, November Update, and annual long range financial plan) - Conduct financial analysis, scenario modeling, and other support for global initiatives and programs. - Collaborate with cross functional teams (IT, HR, Finance, Procurement) - The role will demonstrate the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Shape, and Deliver regarding performance by utilizing metric driven insights to address unmet needs, challenging the status quo, and holding key stakeholders acccoutable to act with speed and agility. - Supervision of FLDP Financial Analyst that will help support these areas as well as talent development conversations. **Qualifications**: - A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting. - A minimum of 3 years of finance or related business experience is required. - MBA, financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or another equivalent is preferred. - Prior FP&A; and relevant systems skills such as SAP / TM1 experience preferred. - Strong Analytical and conceptual skills andAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, queries, VLOOKUP functions) and knowledge in Power BI and Power Apps are a plus. - Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process and control improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Language: Fluent English - Experience in finance business partnering or financial support for global functions is highly desirable.
