As a seasoned technology leader, you will be instrumental in shaping architecture, ensuring code quality, and mentoring developers in a collaborative Agile environment. - Lead and mentor a team of C# developers across multiple countries. - Set technical direction, ensure high standards, and foster innovation. - Design, build, and maintain backend systems using C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET . - Own and enhance distributed, scalable services within a Kubernetes environment. - Support CI/CD processes, automated testing, and performance monitoring. - Promote DevOps mindset, clean code principles, and technical excellence. - Collaborate across engineering, QA, and product teams in an Agile workflow. The ideal candidate has: - iGaming experience and 5+ years of experience in C# / .NET software development. - Proven experience leading engineering teams or acting as a senior mentor. - Deep understanding of .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, database design. - Solid experience working in a Kubernetes environment. - Experience with GCP or Azure, and distributed cache systems (e.g., Redis).
