We specialize in fabricating innovative precast products for residential and commercial applications. As a hands-on, entrepreneurial team, we’re looking for a leader who’s ready to help scale a modern manufacturing operation from the ground up. Position Summary: As Project Engineer , you'll lead the design and development of our precast concrete products from concept through production. You'll bring a deep understanding of structural systems, materials, and building codes to craft practical and visually compelling solutions. This is a foundational role with room to grow as the company scales. Key Responsibilities: - Design structural and architectural precast components for residential and commercial projects. - Create detailed drawings, layouts, and technical documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. - Perform structural analysis and coordinate with external engineering consultants as needed. - Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure design feasibility and efficiency. - Develop and maintain product specifications, submittals, and engineering documentation. - Ensure designs comply with relevant codes (ACI, PCI, IBC) and industry standards. - Innovate new systems or processes to reduce costs and improve performance. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of structural or precast concrete design experience. - Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools. - Familiarity with PCI and ACI design standards and requirements. - Strong knowledge of material behavior, load paths, and constructability. - Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for design innovation.
