**SDR - Cold Caller | Full Time | Remote**: We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for **proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities** through outbound outreach efforts. As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you will play a critical role in generating interest and setting the foundation for future sales success. **Key Responsibilities**: - Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts. - Craft personalized outreach strategies to initiate conversations with potential clients. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on company criteria and set up meetings or demos for the sales team. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of prospect interactions and activities within the CRM system. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outbound activity, qualified leads, and meetings booked. - Provide feedback from prospects and market insights to help refine sales and marketing strategies. **Qualifications**: - 4+ years of outbound sales, lead generation, or business development experience (SaaS, tech, or B2B experience is a plus). - Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo). - Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic, curiosity, and a desire to continuously learn and improve. - Resilient and adaptable; able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. **Key Skills**: - Outbound Prospecting - Lead Qualification - CRM Management - Sales Messaging and Personalization - Pipeline Management - Strong Listening and Questioning Skills - Time Management and Prioritization
