Kaseya has experienced strong double-digit growth over the years and serves a diverse range of industries in over 20 countries, managing more than 15 million endpoints globally. **Position Overview**: We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager of Digital Adoption & Enablement to lead the vision, execution, and continuous improvement of our self-guided onboarding and in-product enablement initiatives. This role is critical to accelerating customer time-to-value by empowering customers to complete key onboarding tasks independently, enabling more impactful and efficient consulting sessions. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a world-class digital adoption experience across Kaseya products. As the leader of a dedicated team of WalkMe developers and analysts, you will combine technology, content, and analytics to help customers achieve early success at scale. Acting as the product owner for our Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), you will collaborate cross-functionally to design intuitive, measurable, and brand-aligned digital journeys that drive engagement and customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the digital adoption strategy to improve customer self-sufficiency, reduce time-to-first-value, and maximize the impact of consulting engagements. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of WalkMe developers and analysts to deliver scalable, high-quality digital adoption solutions. - Own the roadmap and lifecycle of the Digital Adoption Platform, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and delivers measurable results. - Partner with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support to identify opportunities to enhance onboarding and in-product guidance. - Drive intake, prioritization, and delivery of digital adoption initiatives, balancing strategic impact with operational needs. - Oversee the creation and optimization of in-product walkthroughs, knowledge assets, and onboarding workflows that adhere to usability, accessibility, and brand standards. - Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital adoption, such as engagement, completion rates, and correlation with customer outcomes. - Operate as a center of excellence for digital adoption: standardizing processes, ensuring brand consistency, and educating stakeholders on best practices. - Advocate for and promote the value of digital adoption initiatives across the company through education, engagement, and data-driven insights. Qualifications and Skills - 5+ years of experience leading digital adoption, customer enablement, product enablement, or a similar function in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. - Proven experience managing and developing a team of WalkMe (or similar DAP) developers and analysts to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. - Deep expertise in Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Pendo, Whatfix) — including implementation, optimization, and governance. - Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold accountable a diverse technical and creative team. - Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategies that improve customer outcomes, increase self-sufficiency, and accelerate time-to-value. - Hands-on experience designing and optimizing in-product guidance, digital onboarding journeys, and user flows. - Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, jQuery, DOM) and concepts such as error handling, automation, and branching logic is a plus. - Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills — able to effectively engage with executives, product managers, and technical teams. - Analytical mindset with experience defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs to measure the success and ROI of digital adoption initiatives. - Creative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
