Find out more about our mission to bring health in your hands at About the job: - _ The Supply Chain Excellence Lead is responsible for Supporting the team with the strategic projects of the area, the distribution cost budget, indicators and contributing to the proactive and preventive continuous improvement of the processes _(Simplification-Agility-Automation),_ ensuring the compliance of company´s policies._ - _ The vision of the area is to become the best Center of expertise for Supply Chain in terms of innovation and Digital transformation._ - _ We believe that daring to change, innovate and simplify the Supply Chain with technology will bring us closer to being an FMCH and improve the Service to our customers and patients._ Main responsibilities: Projects - Lead Global / Regional projects ensuring execution according to the defined plan and with the agreed resources. - Monitor the project resource allocation at Region and Country level and ensure consistency with budget. - Provide the guidelines, objectives, and decisions from Global to Local. - Ensure a proper governance and coordination is in place at Region level and with the countries Supply Chain. - Be the focal point on the escalation of any supply risk the countries may face that can impact the planning. - Lead initiatives to simplify and automate processes Budget - Monitor and support saving projects with Supply Chain areas: Customer Service, IBP and W&D; - Support the area with the preparation of the Supply Chain budget. - Coordinate budget exercises with countries and ensure that they do so on time and properly. - Monitor the distribution cost monthly to ensure that the objectives are met. - Work with the countries in initiatives to optimize the cost of distribution. Performance - KPIs - Ensure that the leadership team has access to accurate and timely KPI. - Consolidate the KPIs at regional level and report according to the global guidance. - Prepare the reports required at regional or global level. - Monitor KPIs results to identify improvements opportunities and coordinate their implementation with the countries. - Ensure the SISO process and KPI on time and in compliance with the Global Policy Compliance & Process Improvements - Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the areas. - Reviewing the processes in place and assessing them to determine ways to improve. - Ensure that the area operates in a way that meets the needs of their customers effectively. - Use the relevant information to develop an action plan designed to make the business more effective and efficient About you: - Experience: - Strong background in Supply Chain - Experience in large, cross functional projects - Skills: - Highly organized with excellent planning and project management skills - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to liaise with and influence people from different functions - Self-propelling with positive mindset in a dynamic and changing environment - Collaborative, highly proactive and assertive attitude - Analytics skills - Education: Industrial Engineer or Administrative professional - Languages: English advanced level Why us?
