What You'll Do: - As a specialist in Procure-to-Invoice (P2I) product deployments, your main responsibilities will be in enabling customers in designing, mapping business processes to best practice solutions, configuring and adopting best-in-class purchasing and invoicing processes - You will work with some of the largest companies in the world to guide them in defining the processes they use to manage their Procurement activities - Help customers focus on their goals and drive the implementation solution architecture towards a successful, on-time implementation, taking into consideration Suite Synergy opportunities - Oversee all functional design aspects of implementation by taking the lead in managing and mentoring workstream solution architects from both Coupa and partner teams, ensuring a successful delivery of the project scope - Forge strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues - Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices to colleagues, partners and customers - Create and/or improve implementation templates, best practices, training and presentations and be a champion for their adoption - Manage customers where up to 25% of your time may include travel
