What you’ll do: Position title: SAP Content and Digital Experience (CDX) - Marketplace Governance Manager - Early Career Talent Duration: Up to 2 years In this role you will: Support, enable, operationalize, troubleshoot, test, and improve the product publishing functions for the e-commerce business at SAP. Ensure accurate and timely product publication by collaborating with category managers and stakeholders across various time zones. Learn and use complex systems and environments to become a power user focused on customer needs. Make changes to product configurations based on business needs. Perform end-to-end testing on products before they become available for sale. Report issues found to the IT organization. Create new processes and improve existing ones for operational efficiency. Participate in pilot projects to create AI agents for process automation. Train and optimize robotics process automation to reduce manual work. Lead projects from conception to delivery, leveraging internal resources. Enable ISV partners to create best-in-class product pages. Deliver second-level support to partners regarding content marketing and publishing-related questions. Advise SAP Partners on content best practices and SEO strategies. Manage stakeholder expectations during partner engagement and onboarding. Develop enablement material for SAP partners. Monitor content success metrics and optimize content for conversion. Work closely with key stakeholders to address content needs across all stages of the customer journey. What you bring: Recent university graduate from Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Experience as a systems analyst, systems engineer, or in process optimization roles, ideally in a high-tech company. Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud or other e-commerce platforms, CRM technology, and order-to-cash processes. Familiarity with web publishing on content management systems. Experience with data and analytics, including capturing and documenting requirements. Strong content marketing skills with knowledge of digital marketing principles. Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and their integration. Quick learner able to utilize content publishing platforms. Excellent time management skills to prioritize multiple projects. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results. Fluent in written and verbal English. Comfortable speaking with SAP partners and internal stakeholders. A self-starter with energy and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work effectively in a global environment.
