Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Ensuring efficiency and compliance in financial processes. - Analyzing, designing, and documenting processes to improve efficiency. - Implementing improvements that optimize service quality. - Collections and analyzing customer information to ensure document compliance. - Providing guidance to clients through the mortgage process. - Understanding clients' financial goals for personalized service. - Collaborating with teams to achieve credit approval. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess: - Fluency in English (C1 level). - A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in accounts and financial product data management. - Knowledge of sales funnels, CRM, credit analysis, and advanced Encompass management. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, self-discipline, quick learning, and active listening skills.
