**CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER** PUSHTech is looking for a bilingual remote Customer Success Manager located in AMER Time Zone. This role will focus on clients in the Americas, while also working with the European based team. This role will report to the Head of Customer Success. **Responsibilities of the role**: - Become expert user of PUSHTech - Onboard and train new customers - Run customer product demonstrations and trainings - Create content tutorials for FAQ & Knowledge Base - Bridge real-time customer feedback with product development - Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints. - Minimize customer churn **Required Skills and Experience**: - Bilingual Spanish and English. - Software, ideally SaaS, experience - Previous experience working with CRMs and or Marketing platforms. - Highly organized - Self-driven and proactive nature. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - High computer literacy and ability to learn new software. - Knowledge of customer success processes. - Experience in document creation. - Patient and active listener. **Bonus if you also have** - Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry - Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets Skills - Experience working with cross functional teams (e.g. Sales, Tech etc) - Based in North America - accepting profiles from South America - StartUp experience & IQ (Intelligent Quotient) / EQ (Emotional Intelligence) **Salary and Benefits**: - Fully distributed company, live and work from where you want (and get to work with folks from Buenos Aires to Mallorca) - Competitive remuneration, benefits and bonus packages. - Work with a talented team of serial entrepreneurs and talented colleagues. - Company wide focus on the people who are part of the company and their quality of life. - Goal-oriented and flexible work/schedule - Innovative and in continuous evolution. - Investment in your professional development
