You will apply a broad setof problem-solving techniques to improve clients’ overall strategy,performance, and operations. Roles and Responsibilities ClientImpact - Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projectsacross a range of industries and problem statements. - Contributeto/develop strategies and programs for large, regional and globalclients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlockclient value. - Manage working relationship with client managers,and act as trusted and reliable partner. Team Collaboration &Culture; - Develop sound business recommendations and delivereffective client presentations. - Plan, organize, and structure ownwork and that of junior project delivery consultants to identifyeffective analysis structures to address client problems,synthesize analyses into relevant findings, and create impactfulstorylines. - Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-leadproject management. - Contribute to the firm's intellectual capitaland solution development. - Grow from coaching to enable ownershipof day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentorjunior consultants. Qualifications Basic qualifications -Undergraduate degree work experience in consulting, corporatestrategy, business intelligence, business line management orproduct management. - Experience managing clients or internalstakeholders. - Logical, structured thinking and affinity fornumerical analysis. - Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. - Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-drivenenvironment. - Able to communicate effectively in English and thelocal office language. - Eligible to work in the country where theyare applying and for travel visas as required by travel needs. Preferred qualifications - Experience managing tasks or workstreamsin a collaborative team environment with third parties. -Experience coaching junior delivery consultants. - Relevantindustry expertise. - MBA or master’s degree with relevantspecialization (not required).
