Candidate Profile To support our growth, we seek a Freelance Recruiter for North America. The main responsibility is managing end-to-end recruitment processes for executive profiles across various clients. We desire an agile, hands-on professional with a strategic approach, ownership mentality, and team-oriented vision to address specific client needs. Responsibilities Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and key players. Perform headhunting by researching potential candidates for senior and executive roles, including board positions. Create job descriptions for various roles and brief candidates on company details, responsibilities, salary, and benefits. Conduct phone, virtual, and onsite interviews with candidates. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings, including CV presentations, shortlists, background checks, and follow-up reports. Build long-term relationships with clients and support partners in weekly meetings by presenting suitable candidates. Request references and assess candidate suitability before submission. Negotiate salary conditions with final-stage candidates. Follow up with clients and placed candidates during and after onboarding. Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Human Resources, or related fields; MBA or PhD is a plus. Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in consulting or executive search firms. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search techniques. Experience with ATS systems is advantageous. Native or bilingual in English; Spanish or French skills are a plus. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
