As the SeniorOperations Manager, you will provide inspired leadership byoverseeing the day-to-day and strategic operations of multipleaccounts, including teams of contact center agents, team leaders,and operations managers. This role will contribute to the growth ofUnifyCX by partnering with and supporting various departmentswithin the organization, as well as client success managers, todrive overall performance and results.
