Trilogy is seeking operational 'fixers'—experts in streamlining business processes and eliminating inefficiencies. If you excel at analyzing complex operations and implementing effective solutions, this role is for you. In this position, you will be responsible for transforming waste into value by simplifying operations, removing wasteful practices, and realigning processes. Unlike traditional roles that involve prolonged meetings, this role emphasizes action—planning and executing internal restructures that bring immediate improvements. Who You Are: You enjoy analyzing business components to identify and eliminate inefficiencies. You are skilled at enhancing internal operations to increase customer value. You understand complex systems and can simplify them quickly. You take pleasure in fixing broken processes, even if others see it differently. What You Will Be Doing: Using generative AI to automate manual organizational processes. Assessing operational divisions to identify areas for improvement. Developing restructuring plans for functions like Customer Support, Pricing, and Sales based on the Trilogy playbook. What You Won’t Be Doing: Engaging in high-level management or administrative tasks, as these are automated. Overseeing steady-state operations; focus is on continuous improvement. Reinventing the wheel; instead, you'll implement proven growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: Applying proven frameworks to turn around underperforming companies, providing feedback for improvement. Achieving positive margins and high customer retention in our software portfolio. Basic Requirements: Based in North, Central, or South America. 5+ years in the enterprise software industry with a deep understanding of software practices. 5+ years in an operational role. 3+ years in a customer-facing role (Support, Sales, Collections). Experience with generative AI tools to improve productivity. About Trilogy: Trilogy has been a leader in software innovation and business incubation for over three decades. We focus on simple, customer-facing designs and nurturing new ideas, providing a dynamic environment for growth and impact. If you're interested, click the Apply button to learn more.
