As the Senior Operations Manager, you will provide inspired leadership by overseeing the day-to-day and strategic operations of multiple accounts, including teams of contact center agents, team leaders, and operations managers. This role will contribute to the growth of UnifyCX by partnering with and supporting various departments within the organization, as well as client success managers, to drive overall performance and results.
