Rep I - Clinical Supply Solutions Operations We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Clinical Supply Solutions Operations team at World Courier. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our depots, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient daily operations. - Perform activities in the Warehouse Management system (CTM-Star) related to Inbound Outbound, Return and Relocation processes. - Generate reports for stock, balance sheet, expiry date control and relocations as requested. - Upload documents in CTM-STAR system, related with any operational process. Requirements: - Degree in foreign trade, business administration, logistics, industrial engineering or related careers from an accredited university. - Experience in the logistics field. - Intermediate Oral and written English desirable. - Advanced Oral and Written Portuguese. Skills and Knowledge: - Excellent interpersonal relationships. - Ability to take initiatives and responsibilities. - Tidy and organized. - Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. - Customer focus approach.
