We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care - a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Banana Boat, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare...just to name a few!). Now, Let’s Get Down to Business Reporting to our Sr. HR Manager Latam you will manage key relationships internally include Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Controller ship, the HR Latam team and manage key relationships externally including agency partners, external vendors (benefit provider, legal). You will be the first point of contact for the Colombian and Puerto Rico markets on all HR related queries and managing the employment end-to-end life cycle. This is a stand-alone HR position. You will be managing all HR administration, as well as cyclical activities including payroll, pay review, development, global benefit, and reward plans and also support the FP&A; Lead on annual budgeting, forecasting and tracking of all ongoing people costs. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail or commercial company. In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience: - Experience operating independently at a HR level with operational administration experience with excellence. - Solid experience in employee relations, change management, training, org. development and recruitment. - Essential: Advanced level of English. - Essential: experience in working with Leadership Teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Essential: Influencing skills with managers. - Knowledge of local employment law. - Experience of working in a commercial matrix environment (cross functionally and cross culturally). - HR system/data handling Now Take the Next Step Alternatively, feel free to pass onto your teammates who may be interested.
